- Responsible for daily operations of the business, manage all staff & ensure above & beyond customer service.
- Responsible for the operational execution and financial performance of all venues under his/her supervision.
- Development, planning & implementation of standards & procedures for restaurant-level operations, as well as training & development of all staff.
- Restaurant is staffed appropriately in order to operate according to company standards for projected sales.
- 3+ years management experience.
- Must have an advanced understanding of complex restaurant operations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, planning & communication skills.
- Must have experience & a thorough understanding of accounting, forecasting & budgeting processes, including materials, direct & indirect labor & overheads.
- Proficiency with common computer programs, (ie: Word, Excel, etc), email & with restaurant POS systems.
- Must have the proven ability to be a strong team leader.
