With 8 new location and 3 new concepts planned to open in the next year, prestigious hospitality group is hiring an experienced Marketing Director ASAP! Ideal candidates must have 2+ years experience working in the restaurant marketing space & have a good grasp on today’s foodie culture and restaurant market. The ideal candidate for this role is meticulous, understands the importance of time management & thrives working under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to CEO
- Managing multiple restaurant menus including updating online, as well as coordinating with printing and distribution of materials to the various restaurants
- Managing the digital presence on websites as well as various web listing sites (e.g. Google, Yelp, etc) including ensuring everything is correct and adjusting hours as needed for temporary closures
- Participate in various Marketing-related activities such as e-blasts, designing collateral for signage and distribution, distribute collateral, participate in any restaurant-related marketing events, etc.
- Coordinate dates with musicians for live entertainment on a monthly basis
- Assist in managing music at locations
- Ensure all websites are properly functioning, and coordinate any website updates accordingly
- Stock and manage the distribution of collateral such as uniforms, printed materials like gift cards and stamp cards, etc. for all restaurant locations
- Manage online ordering processes on various platforms
Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Computer savvy, with the ability to multi-task and use programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Microsoft Word, MailChimp, WordPress and G-mail
- Timely and skilled at managing multiple projects
- Organizational skills
- Related experience
